Having personally experienced the transformative potential of the flooring industry, he is committed to opening doors for others and fostering growth in the field.

Our partners, Dave and Steve, bring decades of flooring industry experience and a passion for educating the next generation. They’ve expanded carpet installation training across the South and are excited to inspire students in the Midwest!

Jennifer brings extensive experience in operations and finance within the home improvement sector. Her keen financial expertise ensures the smooth management of our resources. Outside of work, Jennifer is deeply passionate about her family and her love for animals, making her a source of warmth and positivity on our team.

Kim brings years of experience as an HR executive to our team. She is dedicated to supporting both our staff and students, offering invaluable guidance and expertise to foster growth, development, and a positive environment for everyone. Outside of work, Kim loves art history and hanging out with her puppy, Ellie.

Alexandra combines her background in education and design with her passion for empowering young adults. A former professor of design, she is inspired by helping students access the resources they need to build bright futures. When she’s not working, Alexandra loves painting and spending time with her dog, Josie.

With over 30 years in the flooring industry, Nick is one of our most experienced install professionals. He is passionate about inspiring students to build rewarding careers in flooring installation, just as he has done. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Dawn, and their beloved cats.
